I have been in Utrecht a fair few times because i had to travel a lot. I also know a few people living there and it seems like a lovely place. Tho the main reason i would like to live there is because it might be close to work. And its super central afterall ^^

Works day can feel really short. Especially if your travel time is long. So you gotta make do with every minute you have~

I dont know if i can find a place soon tho. Finding a living space in the netherlands is hard 😭. So i prob gotta sittle with a longer traveling time

2 hours a day in train is a lot. I used to travel roughly that, often even more. Although getting to the trainstation can take a fair bit of time aswell. But I hope i can live closer to work one day to not have to do that. Being in the randstad helps tho since its all so close together ^^.

I had to adjust this painting a lot to get the right vibes, but in the end i think i hit the spot. The setting and lighting was a lot of fun. I dont think i have done this kind of back lighting before, nor have i drawn a beach before~

I was kind of bored so i just started adding random pokemon in my studies. It does make the drawing more interesting hehe :3

I personally commute a lot all over the nl myself. Gosh the amount of hours I have spend in the train is a lot haha. I cant complain tho, the trains are pretty good

I am mostly on the otherside of the country, being in the south. So prob not. Groningen is such a nice city. Been there a few times ^^

Two character sitting on the beach romantically booping eachothers nose. This was a lot of fun to work on. I kinda struggled at the start trying to get the feel right. The first version had a lot more colder blue colours. But it just felt wrong. I dont know if its because its winter but i made the feelings of the drawing way too cool and cold. Halfway through i redid most colours and added pinks/purples and oragnes. I completely removed all blues from the image.. making it a kind of monochromatic colours scheme. I was lucky both characters are orange and pink so it was easy matching the characters in the colour scheme. I often strugle finding a colour scheme to match one or multiple characters with more colours. The pink and orange also added to the feels of love which was what i was going for. Besides that, everything in the composition poins to the two characters. All clouds, rocks and even the waves point towards the two characters. Cool fact huh...... Oh wow, i can add a lot of words to this description. I wonder if anybody will ever read this :3
