I may have a tomato seed buying problem.

I know that as I continue going through my seed cases, I will find other seed buying problems I have.

Sunflowers will definitely be one of them. Poppies too.

Bonehilde finally got her colorful flamingo flock for my birthday.

I picked up these beauties figuring I can probably get 3-4 plants out of each by making cuttings of cuttings. The two I ordered from them last year were pretty big cuttings.

The plant shop posted a picture of her yesterday and instantly needed it.

Plant buying day!

I started the morning making my credit card cry by buying cuttings from Triple Wren and began my afternoon by driving up to Silverdale to get this houseplant.

Now I'm gonna see how long it takes my husband to notice the new houseplant that I definitely needed. 🌱

Lol, in March!

I'm in 8b and currently keeping a hawkeye on our overnight temps so I can run out to the garage to pop on a space heater when needed. My sale and planting can't come soon enough.

Truth be told, I don't really have one this year! I've only bought 4 cuttings and no tubers for this season because I was so out of the loop on the newer must haves over the past year. I am pretty excited to see KA Honeycomb bloom this year though!

Gorgeous bunch of dahlias. They are a blend of yellow, orange, and deep red.

She isn't my typical color scheme or size, but every single year the Dazzling Magic blows me away and is the giant bloom I can't give up.

To grow or not to grow, that is the question.

For real though, I'm always torn about zinnias. I have yet to fall for them like I have for dahlias, asters, & rudbeckia, but maybe this year will finally be the year that I love them?

Or I'll regret giving them garden space. Le sigh.

Pink stellar form dahlia.

I think last year was the 3rd time I tried to grow Alloway Candy and it was finally the year I actually got a healthy plant to come to up.

First year tuber was a dud and the second year I pulled the plant for looking sus. I'm glad I finally got to see some blooms in person!

In addition to all the gardening I do, I press and preserve flowers and greenery that I grow to utilize in art projects, particularly my Botanical Buttons, where I mix vintage National Geographic images with botanical bits from my garden into one of a kind buttons and magnets.
