Both of my podcasts are approached by companies that want us to use their services to attract advertisers. The joke? Neither podcast is monetized with commercials. It'd be nice if these companies actually understood their potential clients rather than just shotgun spam.

We cleaned out my Uncle's room yesterday. It took a whopping 50 minutes to put together six donation bags of clothes, box up a dozen framed pictures, clear the walls of his personal stuff, and get it all to the cars.

Apart from the pictures, nothing is left but memories.

After battling Lewy Body dementia for five years, my beloved uncle has finally "transitioned."

"The Monkey" is cracking me up. Haven't seen a good horror comedy in a while.

Despite series continuity issues, Alien: Earth is actually pretty good. Damn, but I love me some sci-fi/horror.

The family is on death watch for my uncle. It's been 2.5 years of Lewy body dementia and advanced Parkinson's. I've been a part-time caregiver and the odd-job man for the same period, and for my parents.
The man I loved has been gone for months. Just waiting for the husk to go for closure's sake.

Unfortunately, it's the model du jour, soon to be served up with "AI"

Got a couple of beta reviews back for Extinction. Surprised folks powered through a 146k novel so quickly. Better news? They liked it. Phew.

I believe it was so they could move everyone to this "rent" model. That's what their ultimate plan seems to be.

They've been screwing us writers for a LONG time. Ever since the 'Zon bought it.
