- not judging you though! i just watched lots of videos on it and i think it’s an incredibly interesting topic.

juice is basically if you took all the sugary liquid out of a fruit and poured it in a glass. that’s not even counting any additional sugars that some manufacturers might add. juice is thought to be healthy just cuz it’s made of fruit, but it’s scientifically proven to be just as bad as coca cola-

thankfully coffee is legal
