I saw my first in the Rockies (Jasper National Park) earlier this year.

Good to see a Dipper on the River Lim (Dorset, UK) today. This small river has a recent history of pollution from sewage discharges.

A single Gem was the best migrant moth last night here in West Dorset, UK. Also three Olive-tree Pearl, 11 Rusty-dot Pearl and 4 White-point.

Iโm not a bee expert but various bee species do different things over winter. So your nest may contain eggs, larvae or even an adult waiting for Spring. Perhaps leave it until then?
