Another good night for moths in W Dorset, UK with 111 species and much wandering. New for the site were Sulphur Pearl (mainly grasslands), Silky and Brown-veined Wainscots (both wetland species) and Lunar-spotted Pinion.

Some stunning local moths turned up last night here in West Dorset, UK: Scarlet Tiger, Gothic, Lappet & Beautiful Golden Y. The last three have declined over the last 30 years (so good to see), but Scarlet Tiger numbers are up πŸ™‚. #teammoth
