I live here North Carolina also. We had a 7-7 congressional delegation in our 50-50 state - which makes democratic sense - until recent partisan gerrymandering by the Republican legislature. It's now 10 Rs to 4 Ds in our 50-50 state. Our one state gave the Rs control of US House of Reps.
