Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.

The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

Saying this as someone who grew up in a trailer park, but trying to point out, they still aren't really going after the top earners. Apologies if it came out wrong.

But, only if you qualify. If you happen to be in a household w/ 2 people making 150+, then too bad. We know you pay tariffs, and we'll tax the middle income earners, but not the 2% earners. 🤔🤨😒

In short: Even though the court ordered discovery based on the likelihood of vindictive and selective prosecution, we don't even need to get into it and you should dismiss the charges now given we just learned the DOJ lied to a judge about Costa Rica not accepting Mr. Abrego.

FWIW, a court reporter's account, submitted *by the govt* on 11/19 in the Comey case--before it switched positions on 11/20—shows that the full grand jury could not possibly have approved the operational 2-count indictment.
The jury was "released" when deliberations ended.
