Along these lines of Dragons, I definitely read all three books of the Fourth Wing series within the last three weeks when I needed to check out mentally from reality.

This was a creative risk. After I got the acrylic down, I wasn't sure if I should mark make with the oil pastels, but I did, & I am so pleased with how it turned out! Sometimes, these risks go well & sometimes they do not. This is "Outta The Ashes" 36-60 Mixed Media

I've launched A residency where I'm working on pieces on the theme "The Light Returns". It feels like right now, in so much darkness, we need to remember there is always light, and when the sun sets, there is always a promise that the sun will rise again. WIP
