Went on a 5 mile hike with my kid's scout troop and it exacerbated my plantar fascitis. Stretches and toe socks did not work last night because when I woke up, stepping on the hardwood with my left foot was ... not good at all. However, as soon as I slipped my Minnetonka moccasins on? Wow: relief!

Me too! They are such cat people. Our black cat, Bean, sleeps in their room every night. She chooses the bed of the one who might need her the most. A true therapy cat.

We've been totally dicked around by our urgent care and insurance because the pediatic urgent care doc we had to see for my son's broken arm was a SPECIALIST and therefore our insurance was, like, "Naaah." Our kid had a broken arm -- we didn't have time to clear every doc he might possibly see!
