I have this suspicious feeling that Oscars Awards Show will be rather boring. I hope I am wrong.

Yesterday I have gone for classical programming. Short and main feature.

In my experience “Melania” must be the first film where ads are welcomed.

Oscar Day is today!

Let’s not talk about Melania. Yesterday curtesy of Netflix I watched an Oscar nominated short called “The Singers” it is only 18 minutes long but much more worthwhile film to see than bad film called Melania. After that I watched It Was Just An Accident. We had an interesting evening yesterday.

Europeans should keep well out of this fiasco!

US President has gone totally insane.
That doesn’t surprise me. He is insane for a long time. What surprised me though is that US military is obeying his crazy orders. Surely if you have a President who is clearly insane US military can refuse to carry out his orders.

Before we left she presented me with a book which I still have. But whatever happened to Lucynka I have no idea. Never seen her again. That name reminded me of her.

I love the name Lucynka. It is an unusual Name which you don’t hear frequently. Many many years ago when I was a very young boy (6 years) I had a very good friend who was called Lucynka, (with i rather than y). After a while my parents moved away and I lost touch with her.

Typical Trump family. Corruption upon corruption. Time will come when he will have to stand trial for his crimes.

Out of interest. Do you have by any chance recipes to these concoctions?

I am missing Home Cinema Magazine published in UK. Does anyone know who owns it and whether they are going to publish the magazine again?

The whole bunch of them headed by Trump should be lined up in front of international tribunal. They have to face some kind of accountability for their criminal acts. Trump’s special pardons will be invalid.

Perhaps he is, otherwise he wouldn’t be pitching for Warners.

So if Academy wants bigger audiences then it will have to change broadcast times or do few awards shows from Europe. Otherwise I am no longer willing to watch Oscars during my sleeping time.

It depends where you’re. When I was young I watched Oscars every year. Even attended Oscar parties. As I got older and busier I stopped. In Europe Oscars are shown during night time, when people sleep, so nobody watches. Also awards shows are boring to watch unless you have a stake in them.

Just a thought. Why don’t they send ICE personnel to Iran?

Jake certainly looks determined. The first politician/dictator he should get rid of is Trump. He is stupid, corrupt and top of it a liar to whom you can’t trust, all wrapped up in a character in his own unbeatable class. I am waiting for criminal tribunal to sentence him to life in prison.

I don’t think I have seen this film. When I was young I loved watching Hawn and some other comedians in a US tv series, can’t remember the name but it was very popular. Is it on DVD, preferably on Blue Ray?

This can be interesting and fun to watch. I have never heard of musical called The Apple. Welcome who can provide me with more information.

I strongly believe if UK wants to have strong arts than owning a freehold is absolutely essential for health of any arts organisation.

He acknowledged it and said that they can’t afford to buy the freehold, let alone relocate somewhere else and build a new building due to expensive land prices.
There has to be some kind of system where every arts organisation owns their freeholds.
