I cannot stress enough how much Flash is in better hands since Adobe abandoned it. If you had any issues or wanted any features, you were met with a brick wall. Just a big "Fuck You".
Now the guys running Ruffle and AIR actually add stuff in a timely manner and can be contacted.

And no specific shade to the Linux community but most of them have no damn idea how to communicate. I realize its a complicated environment but massive walls of text are impossible to parse out good fucking god

Ultimately my issue with Windows is that its a flaming pile of shit but its MY flaming pile of shit. In less than an hour i had everything working again, these are my streets, i know the codes, i know the secret handshakes and the proper signs, i'm goddamn WINDOWS tech support

Fuck this guy, etc. But also, let's make it abundantly clear that this is just a symptom of a larger problem; the video game industry does not view games as culture. It is merely commerce to be repackaged, resold and replaced. Forever.
