I've never had the desire to squeeze something small and cute until it bursts, but dammit if I don't want to consume and devour everything that I find adorable so it can be part of me forever!

I love when I get to play Mad Scientist at my work! Did you know that the main colorant ingredient for a dark blue cobalt glaze begins as a pink powder?!

Uninhibited,
I allow myself
to be swallowed
by the vortex
of falling in love.
Not just once,
but over
and over
and over again.
This surrender nurtures
understanding,
and the truth of being
more fully human.

If you'd like to induce some crazy wild dreaming for about an hour, might I recommend eating a large bowl of oatmeal with a generous amount of peanut butter and honey mixed into it then topped off with almond milk. Consume. Go promptly to sleep. Experience madness for 60-70 minutes.

Today I learned that my heart can hold more happiness, my face can hold more smiles, and my tongue can tolerate so many more Sour Skittles than I thought it could.

Life is still worth celebrating
Worth marking moments of joy
Worth sharing wonder
Worth laughing ...

Not to escape
from the pain
or the fear
or the darkness

But to remember
Why we are all here in the first place
