As a cartoonist (who asked the question) I of course ❤️ this, and would add that one person can imagine, write, edit, film, and distribute a complete story on their OWN. No budget politics, no studios.
And you can tell a million years or a few moments of story in the same amount of paper. Up to you.
I would expel a bear by tossing enticing books about things like meat and back-scratching trees out the top window into the street where the bear would invariably see them and become very interested

Here's a cool thing - KEXP has an app, and on its playlist you can hit a lil heart icon when you like a song, and then it keeps those and you can go find em. I use this and then go to Bandcamp. Also KEXP.org streams all the time too. It is just a marvelous music resource for all the things.
