I had it on VHS, the Manga Entertainment dub, and subsequent dubs have not sounded nearly as good to me.

Loved this movie so much. The title scene with the Labor testing was beyond cool. The moment when the Captain loses his cool with the bureaucrats in the meeting as explosions are going off… real cinema.
