Why hasn't the whistleblower report on Gabbard made it out of that safe? It's not because it's impossible to share the information it contains with Congress. It's because Trump needs Gabbard. She's heading the effort to weave the conspiracy theory he needs to do maximum damage to the midterms.

Just wanted to note that this swarm appeared to fizzle out shortly after this post. Considering how frequently this area has grumbled in the last six months, another is bound to follow, but hopefully everyone gets a bit of a break.

This morning’s earthquake cluster in the Bay Area has included at least 15 tremors over 2.5 and at least three (3.9, 4.2, 3.8) that would be definitely noticeable. This is a continuation of a long series of clusters over several months, but it is a notch above previous sets. Still continuing.

Yes, but it’s the sequence here: 3.9, 4.2, 3.8 (so far) that’s a bit above what’s been happening previously. Again, this doesn’t necessarily mean anything, but it’s worth paying a little extra attention.

And now another 3.8. It’s just a notch up from previous clusters.

The 4.2, if that number holds, the strongest of the whole sequence going back to last spring.

Yeah. It’s the frequency this morning that seems concerning. A couple of pot rattlers in there (4.2, 3.9). But most likely just another swarm in the series.

Series of small earthquakes near San Ramos, CA continues. USGS has now logged 9 tremors between 2.5 and 4.2 near the same location in the last hour. This is not necessarily a signal that something bigger is coming, but hey — heads up.

Note from the editors: ProPublica is publishing the names of the two federal immigration agents involved in the fatal shooting of Minnesota protester Alex Pretti. We believe there are few investigations that deserve more sunlight and public scrutiny than this one, in which two masked agents fired 10 shots at Pretti as he lay on the ground after being pepper-sprayed. The Department of Justice said it is investigating the incident, but the names of the two agents have been withheld from Congress and from state and local law enforcement. Supreme Court to Hear Trump Birthright Citizenship Case April 1 The US Supreme Court will hear arguments April 1 in a case testing President Donald Trump’s executive order seeking to redefine birthright citizenship under the US Constitution.

In case you were wondering, the Supreme Court hearing this case isn’t a good thing. Lower courts had already ruled that Trump’s order was unconstitutional.
