A skydiver in Caddo Parish fatally plunged to his death after his parachute failed to deploy.
The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office located an Asian male who was last seen skydiving near Gilliam.
The report came in on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, at 1:25PM. The individual was wearing a orange wingsuit.
