I don't think most people understand that the games industry is run by people who do not care about games or the people who make them.

They care about money. They intentionally create many risky endeavors hoping one will hit large. The rest of the teams and people they don't care about.

It's weird to see theory crafting going on about Silent Hill 2 from the remake... Is that really the reference point for any theories? Surely it's just interpretations of the original, like what we've all had for 20 years? Is SH2R really an authority on any theories?

I've been revisiting Metal Gear Solid 2 on it, namely the VR missions. They're good for just doing a few for an hour.
