I've done it in the past previously with my former owner and former pet I had.

It's like a coin basically and you have to switch sides constantly. It can be done but takes up energy. And the fun comes with the Dom/Sub hierarchy.

Will have a look at the map itself when I can but so far it looks really cool.

Another way you could do (but also a questionable method) is give them a subconscious reason not to leave. They don't know why they can't just walk out the door, but know that they can't leave
