This is how average & low information voters see it. maga is a subsection of the Republican Party & you do nothing but reinforce that false notion when you use maga to describe a Republican. If you want accountability you can start helping make sure it happens by eliminating the use of that term

There are no good Republicans. There are no “Republicans” & “maga-Republicans” it’s just Republicans & they are part of the effort to destroy our democracy. One’s unnecessary membership in this club makes them a fascist as well. You can’t be in the GOP & be free of blame. Leave the party

It’s not that Dems *SHOULD* gerrymander every state they can in a way that eliminates Republicans from holding office it’s that they *HAVE* to do this. And every resident of states controlled by Dems who oppose fascism should be demanding their state’s leadership get on it immediately.
