I hate that this is a thing now. We had to get a binder or 2, a couple of folders, and 5 subject notebooks. Not markers, crayons, everything else on that list. Parents and teachers shouldn’t have to do this.

19) Reps expert in CMS/DMS for in house counsel at a small company

1) custom permissions down to the file level, folder is good too

2) ability to create playbook with alt. language/gives

3) tracking of all relevant dates in a file w/ notifications

4) reports incl. by clause

5) Approval routing

6) e-sign integration

7) versioning
