Need my cats monthly insulin needles & I've not been able to take on any new work, so I'm contemplating opening a quick b&w clean sketch bust for 25€
It'll be treated as a no stress warmup before I start on my q today. A semi skeb type, but you can tell me what pose you want, expression, vibe, etc.

The massive brainfog is making it difficult to produce art at the quality I usually do, so a lot of things are taking more time and redos. Personally I'd rather deliver good quality, even if it might take a little longer, so I only ask for a little more patience 😢🙏❤️

In the meantime I'm invoking my TOS for any still owed commission. Luckily I do try to account for situations like this, keeping my turnaround from 1 to 4 months just in case, even though I'm usually faster. I'm still working, but it's slow going atm unfortunately. ⬇️

Just a small update. I've not been able to kick the post sickness fatigue yet 😮‍💨 I'm sleeping 12hrs a day and still waking up exhausted, any chore like laundry or cooking is wiping me out entirely. Leaving the house for anything leaves me done for. I'm making a dr appt to figure something out but ⬇️

I don't usually discuss politics, but let me say I can't tell if I'm shocked or not at all regarding the sheer amount of Americans that genuinely believe the US should seize the whole planet and run the whole thing. It has to be a bunch of bots right

Even just saying this out loud makes me want to delete this entire thread in a couple of hours, just to protect my peace.

Honestly sometimes I want to discuss the reason why you will not see fanart from me anymore, but I am worried even just discussing this will bring negativity to my page, so I prefer to just ignore/avoid the topic/subject all together and just never discuss fandom or anything fandom related ever.

Every time I enjoy a piece of media and get the tiniest urge to draw fanart, I see the fandom sending threats to people over the honest to god most ridiculous and smallest things, like if a character likes apples or oranges type of crap. I don't want to receive that type of hatred in my life.

I am sure there are a lot of other people that gave up on fandom entirely as well because ppl are just miserable all the time now. And I know a lot of the private server talk happens because of the massive bullying problem in fandoms. Who want's to deal with that?

Honestly, for me at least, it's because fandoms are exhausting nowadays. There is not a single thing you can enjoy without there being controversy or disc horse, or straight up bullying over ridiculous things, like actual ridiculous mundane things. So I simply am not a part of any fandom anymore.

That was fucking horrid, I can't believe I caught the plague the day right after Christmas, so much for the holidays I just spent the week unable to get out of bed, and my lungs STILL aren't done coughing up gunk. Anyways, happy new years eve 🤧
