I got that misunderstanding a lot when I stepped away from drawing abdl art way back. Draw what you want and folks who like it will find you! It worked for me

Taking a break from it was the best thing I could do for myself and I came back when I was ready. And I maintain the separate space still

Aw, thank you so much! When I started posting more and doing babyfur comms again I definitely prioritized working on things that made me happy :D I'm glad folks like it

it can be such a hard balancing act for sure. In my early days I definitely ended up doing things just for the appeal of others too much and it contributed to my burnout. And it's even trickier when it ends up being your fulltime job. I try and be much better about it these days

yeah it's really hard to be hit by those kinds of rejection feels ;; especially if whatever you're sharing feels more true to who you are or what you like

yeah it's def common, especially in kink communities D: and when you don't have that focus you just feel left out or like people don't care outside of it. It's haaard

yeah it's a really private and intimate thing for me too. I feel like it's really tied to my demisexuality, honestly. It's hard to know how you feel about it until you find people you feel comfy to explore it with!

yeah thats really tricky sometimes, the focus on diapers is huge in the community D: I like them but my when im in small headspace I don't usually want them and in art I prefer more kid vibes without them. Hard to find people to relate to sometimes for sure but they do exist!
