Small pale green treehopper on a similarly colored oak branch; it has a modest "fin" on its treehopper headgear, like an airplane tailfin
I posted a couple of treehoppers from this year as part of my 2023 favorites list, but the year had one more treehopper species for me which I hadn't encountered! This one looks like telamona reclivata, a creature seemingly very happy on mossy oak branches. πΏπ¦
