Recently I've been learning Substance Designer. I finished a tutorial series I was following along with and am simply rubbing my hands together at the possibilities!

doubloon sculpt to be used for a normal map. I sculpted it because I wanted it to appear to have imperfections, and also because I feel like I should be sculpting more often

I finished Metroid Prime 4 recently, and I think about it a lot. There were so many missed opportunities. I'm glad the game finally came out after an undoubtedly hellish development cycle, but I also hope future metroid titles do not take *any* inspiration from prime 4 at all
