The large Tesco superstore and car park in Hackney town centre could be demolished and replaced with housing and a replacement superstore under plans being considered by the council.
Exactly the sort of thing that should happen to every superstore in London.

University of Cambridge considers doubling housing development
The University of Cambridge is considering building 6,000 homes at Eddington instead of 3,000.
Eddington is a great example of building homes on the edge of a thriving city.
Great news that Cambridge is planning to go even bigger with the next phase!
