Jack Vance's writing that really stuck out: eating.

When his characters would eat, it was an immersive culinary experience.
In many books, eating is often an afterthought that delays the good parts; to Vance, it was the focus.

You get to know a world by what it eats!

I have been working on a re-release. Update cover of first book...add drawings in it, because my godson loves them!! Lol
Also included: some more fixes thorough, slightly improved prologue, shortened title.

I also lowered the price of the original book and will leave it available!

When he started, he was oddly harsh about it.
