I see that asks for APF. That could be too high-protein for muffins. Especially if you're using King Arthur APF - that's a small difference from bread flour. My ATK family baking cookbook suggests cake flour for blueberry muffins.

Started a new job in December. I'm working on two high-priority but poorly defined and understood projects. My leadership has said that there is a "strong sense of urgency" to see results, of course. At least I already know I'm going to fail, so I won't be surprised later. 🎉

One that I used last week and really liked was to last some ingredients in my kitchen and ask for a recipe. I made a stir fry and it was really good!

They didn't join the dark side. They were simply members of the established system that was subverted by the dark side. I'm guessing we will see parallels to that today and in the coming months.

I keep everything in version control. Whether it's plain sql or a dbt project, it all gets tracked. I mostly work with snowflake these days, fwiw. Less complete ddl, but it all gets tracked in github.

I did this because the marketers I was working with were worried about any change to the process. It was about getting them comfortable with the changes, and being able to explain any variations between the two versions.
