Sometimes I think maybe I do need medication of some sort by now because it's so hard to skill myself lately and regulate my emotions or stop feeling this emotional dread.
Most of the time I wish everything would be numb. That this exhaustion would finally leave. I'm so tired of pulling myself out

Idk maybe getting rid of the allergy symptoms will bring back some qol bc I'm constantly exhausted and irritated. (Mostly bc my eyes itch to a point they burn and ache no matter how much I wash my face)
