The version I'd seen was up to episode 13 but it's like a decade ago. You'd think with the cult status the series has, they'd make the effort of bringing it officially like this.

Yeah it looks like someone began the process of doing a fan edit by the BD remaster and US audio years ago but never finished it.

I hope they someday remaster Yamato 2&3 too, but it's been so long since the original series I'm not holding my breath

There actually is a remastered Blu-Ray version of the original series, but I never came out of Japan. I don't think they did Yamato II&III though.

(Also the B5 scripts books are no longer available, but these Crusade ones sure feel tempting, even as ebooks)

I played the beta and a bit of the release and loved it (still battled at the "follow the thief" quest early unlike any other MMO) but just got sidetracked by SP games.

I bought a cheap copy with everything during COVID but never played it because the sub is just a big turn off.

I was lucky : we had Sattelite TV and it aired on C:, the weird hybrid channel than came before Game One so we were to see it not long after the VHS release.

Honestly, it really took me a while to get into Rebels. I was just very very pissed at TCW being cancelled for what was obviously a much cheaper show to make and it really soured it for me.

And then it lead to some of the best stuff SW ever made. Never doubting Filoni again.

This. It took the Stargate universe in a bold new different direction, and had some of the most beautiful direction and intelligent writing we'd seen in a TV show at the time. I wish it'd have lasted many more years, I miss these characters :(
