It’s been made abundantly clear to me over the past 24 hours that I will never be radical enough for some of my far left friends. Unlike them, I will not condone, justify, or excuse in any way the assassination even of someone whom I vehemently disagreed with and personally disliked.

The most recent terrific fantasy (really more magical realism) that I read: The Lost Bookshop by Evie Woods. 1920s London and Paris, modern day Dublin, time jumps, romance, and a mysterious bookshop you can’t find but might - if you’re lucky - find you.
