אני חושב שזה בעיקר תלוי בסף הזמן שאתה מגדיר, כי הרייך השני באימפריה הגרמנית בהחלט נגמר בירידה מגדולה, והרייך השלישי בהחלט יכול להיחשב לאימפריה משמעותית לאורך כמה שנים עד תחילת הנפילה. כמה זמן צריך כדי להיות אימפריה?
