I'm sorry you're dealing with it, too. I'm the same way. Normally, get it if I get sick or with allergies. At times even needed antibiotics. Did have a bad one last fall that lasted almost 2 months. Not sure if you already use saline sprays, but I tried it then and that did the trick for me then.

Yeah, it's definitely worth that little inconvenience. I don't think my Dad's will last 2 weeks, but he's now dealing with sinus headaches, which could take a little longer to go away
