I am clinic today best believe I will be recommending + promoting covid, flu & mpox shots. I'm a physician and my duty is to provide patients with the best care and prevention measures we have available. This includes vaccines.

First impression: professional organizations in biomedical research, public health and healthcare are treading carefully with the RFK Jr. nomination and it does not bode well for the courage we'll need to stem the damage this administration will do.

There is nothing inherently wrong or detrimental with using social media in general. Just like any communication tool it can be used for good or bad. But there is nothing better than being face to face in a conversation, period. It just doesn’t get better than that.
