Apparently the person before me had a mental breakdown in training (something they told me like it was funny) and i gotta say after being in training for a month i completely understand her, my mental health had such a bad decline i genuinely considered going to the emergency room one night

Not to vaquepost my job but i feel like the training being infamously rough has less to do with the thing sbeing taught actually being hard and more with the trainer having some clear unmanaged anger issues that she takes out on her trainees
