When I was a platoon leader, I had two trans Soldiers in my platoon; two of the most motivated & high-quality Soldiers I’ve observed.
Around 15k service members are trans. Expelling trained & capable SM’s harms national security.
Most importantly, it’s immoral & goes against our national values.
It really is that simple...
My neighbour is from Germany and her father said most Germans didn’t know about Hitler’s atrocities because it wasn’t in the news. Hitler controlled the news and there was no social media and the resistance was word of mouth. It was extremely difficult & dangerous but successful. Hope lives!
