I did a photo shoot with the cosplayer using both the 645 and my digital camera. Both of them were in color but the difference was absolutely amazing. In the film, the colors were deeper. It was more depth in the picture itself, it wasn't flat.
Even with digital, there are many times when I fall back to Black and white. I still have my old Chinon CM-4 (A Pentax K 1000 knockoff) and a friend of mine has given me a Mamiya 645 and I use B/W whenever I get a chance. I agree on how B/W's Light form and texture. Color has not matched it.

I love art nudes -they show my physique where glamour lighting does not. This one tho, you can guess what Gregor and I were doing when he decided he loved the light on my back... I think it is the only pic I have that shows back physique...
