Ahhh of course, I love it! You could give him an instrument of some kind and a book of sea shanties. Like he's serenading his fish tank every once in a while 🎶

It looks great, that big brass chest is fab. I think the room could use a more pirate-y decoration maybe a cutlass on the wall, a picture of a mermaid, some large boots, ships wheel, maybe add a sextant to the table. If you give Roger a hook for a hand you could add some spare hooks to the wall 😄

I think adding a little light coming from the glass side might help
