With approved designs and funding in place, yet no sign of action, we say: a safer Peachtree Street should not be this difficult β nor this delayed. With lives lost at this very spot, additional delay will put more people at risk for injury and death.

Peachtree Street is Atlantaβs most iconic corridor. Itβs also one of the hardest β and deadliest β places to cross on foot.
Please join us via petition now, and β if possible β in person next week to hold the City accountable.

Most daily trips in Atlanta are 3β5 miles from home, a distance thatβs doable on an e-bike.
Weβre now working with ARC and the City on the details for this yearβs program. Nothing is finalized yet, but weβll share updates well before applications open.
Stay tuned!

Last year told us something big:
β’ 11,000+ people applied
β’ 93% of income-qualified recipients redeemed their rebates
β’ Recipients reported driving 40% less and riding more
β’ $1.2 million --> to 12 local Atlanta bike shops
This wasnβt a bike program. It was a transportation affordability program.

Atlantaβs e-bike rebate is coming back! π²
Atlanta City Council has approved a resolution, championed by Councilmember Matt Westmoreland, to renew the cityβs wildly successful e-bike rebate program. $1 million will again go to the Atlanta Regional Commission and Propel ATL to run the program.

How well do Atlanta's sidewalks work for people with disabilities? How can we make them work better?
If these issues affects you for others you know, the City of Atlantaβs Department of Transportation (@atldot) needs to hear your voice.
