The chaotic orange gremlin has spent the entire evening/night out of his safety closet and with me in the living room. Even when he got spooked he just hid in the doorway of my bedroom until I went to get him.

There's been so much playing and he just seems very happy tonight. 🥹🥹

We've had major breakthroughs today

About 15 minutes ago I found him in the living room by himself and we ended up playing.
Hes napping on my bed.
He helped me briefly put together his cat tree before a noise spooked him and he ran back into the closet.
Hes eating his food.

Cat update:

I thought he was in my roommate's room but it turns out hes been hiding in my closet because he found the blanket I threw in there a few weeks ago.

Everything has been moved to my bedroom because that's his safe space.

I feel bad for the little gremlin.

Just spent 10 minutes trying to open the door to the laundry room. I dont have the mental capacity to be dealing with this.

I have no idea what I magically did to open it and when I go back down in 30 minutes it will be another struggle.

I went to visit my original baby and hes asleep in my lap and I am not ok

My first coffee gave me anxiety so I did the responsible thing and got a 2nd, larger coffee.
