What I wish they did: be more compassionate to themselves & accept not being able to do it all
This is more my wish for them, not something I expect because it's hard to learn & accept this

What I wish they did: slight adjustments to things (e.g. more reminders) that would follow naturally from compassionately taking this cognitive load into account
