Title VI Complaints vs. The New School The New School illegally discriminates against Jewish antizionists, driven by its effort to quash resistance to Israeli genocide & its anti-Palestinian racism.

The @critzstudies.bsky.social & the ADC filed Title VI complaints charging @thenewschool.bsky.social of discrimination, bc they imposed their own definition of Jewish identity on Jewish students, faculty, & staff to compel pro-Israel ideology and excluded others from resources.
