What’s actually happening on the phones right now for SSA agents is that WE are seeing hold times of less than 30 minutes for the N8NN and usually less than 5 minutes on the Help Desk/Direct Deposit Change Queue. We sit in available time with NO calls dropping in every evening by 7:30.
