Jack Smith is requesting that Congress and the Justice Dept. let him testify in public.

In new letters to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, Smith says he wants to testify "in open hearings" because of "the many mischaracterizations" around his investigations.

"Destruction of federal property is a federal crime-18 U.S. Code § 1361 defines it as willfully injuring or committing any depredation of U.S. gov't property-Damage exceeding $1k is a felony w/ a fine-up to 10 yrs in prison or both"

Meanwhile-took me forever to get permits to repaint my mailbox.

WOW: The White House says the president's MAIN PRIORITY is his BALLROOM. SNAP is ending. Subsidies for health care are gong to double and in some instances quadruple plan premiums. The government is shut down. The cost of living is through the roof. And his priority is his ballroom.
