Yeow! The best chocolate cherry sourdough I mean perfect in every way. The dark chocolate chips on the outside look burnt but they’re not.
I’m a potter by trade and have an entire new line of designs and forms in the works so stay tuned.

Mmmmm, sourdough bread. I used my AP flour starter to bake with and the flours used in this loaf are rye, whole wheat and white bread flour. A nice crunch of crust all around and the inside is the right amount of chewy. Perfect toasted with cream cheese and raspberry jam.

Another loaf of sourdough. I may be a bit addicted to baking this is the 5th loaf in a week and a half. Quite possibly the prettiest. I haven’t cut into it yet.
