7 Hidden Games Running Your Meetings Classic dilemmas that explain why collaboration stalls - and how to unlock it

Unlike puzzles with a single correct answer, games highlight the interdependence of decisions. By exploring interactions as games, we can see why people sometimes act against their own long-term interest and why groups can fall into traps.

Quite funny that they're citing $13,000 APCSs as a reason for doing this. Nature got greedy.

A strong call to action. In my own experience, one of the greatest challenges is identifying the β€˜right people’ to engage in each region to start partnerships. Languages are a big barrier, too, as are time zone differences - it might sound silly/very practical, but it’s a real blocker! #OASPA2025

Lauren Kane - we need to be able to experiment and try, and know that some things will fail - and not hold new models to a higher standard than the old ones. Perhaps S2O won't work for everyone/ forever, but traditional model certainly didn't either. #OASPA2025
