This is exactly how I feel and I couldn’t describe it before, thank you. I love the Grinch, I love what they’ve done with it on a technical level, I love the campy vibe, everyone is perfectly well cast and loving it, but I cannot stand this movie.

Trying to create a Digimon Story like game in GameMaker, but it ain’t easy. I’m finally learning how to make this stuff work!

Even if it only ever ends up being something for me, it’s a fun way to learn and I’ve already got a lot of the basic things set up. I’m terrrrible with art though.

Remembered I had to sub and log in to FFXIV before they took away the house I just paid for last month.

I just watched the last two episodes of Gozyuger. It’s so bad and petty that it’s circling around to funny. I really thought the season was at least pretty good up until now. Just completely cutting her out is awful.

I played Silver in Japanese before it came out here in America. I guess I was 13 and knew absolutely no Japanese writing at all. I don’t remember much, but I remember finishing it. Top memories of my life. It felt kinda magical.

Kids don’t really get those kinds of experiences anymore, do they?

My first Sentai was Gokaiger. I had read mixed reviews on if this was a good idea or not. Oh it was a good idea, especially right after Power Rangers Megaforce.

I have watched about a dozen since, and have watched the past few live (I skipped Donbrothers, which I’ll get to.)

Have been falling asleep watching Kakuranger, slowly making my way through a couple episodes a night.

I haven’t watched much older Sentai all the way through, and before I delve into adapted seasons, I want to do Kakuranger and Dairanger first.

I don’t care what it is, I want to make something I can say is finished. That I can say I did that, forever.

I find it extremely hard to get that last like, 25% of something done.

Another shining example of what I mean when I’m talking about games is Pantasy Star Online.

This is exactly what I mean when I said what I said earlier. Spending $900M in donations for fucking what!? Even if it comes out it’s seriously impossible for it to have been worth a BILLION dollars. It’s fucking 1’s and 0’s pleasingly arranged on a screen you definitely also overpaid for.

We weren’t meant to live like this. We could all have amazing lives.
