words of the day: Always try to put your own mental and physical health above others, people pleasing doesnt work. the time old "you can be the best pizza in the world but some people dont like pizza" is always a good way to think about it.

Loving yourself is hard. but ya gotta do it, one way or another living because "if i werent here [person/animal/whatever] would struggle" is a good place to start when your holding on but you gotta add why *you* dont wanna go living for other people isnt all there is to life.

I have returned from my break, still unsure of when my streams will be happening, mental and emotional health are still not the best but I'm doing my best to improve them.

please be patient with me I'm trying.
