Thanks to @x-pert74.bsky.social for letting me know that there's an English script for the PC Engine version of Popful Mail‼️ I looked into the game and was able to edit the text. There's still technical hurdles to go over if we want to insert the full English translation. (which ill explain👇)

I was going to wait a bit to post things but I'd rather share now that I have someone that's helping me with my Ys 5 PS2 translation project‼️ Big thanks to Etokapa for offering to help with all this. As you can see text insertion is working great. Hopefully we can get a proof of concept build soon.🙏

I saw this image made by @limetimebaby.bsky.social and since I really love Ys and cannot stop talking about Ys, I will be going through this "challenge" (which should be very easy since I am a big Ys fan). I'll just post everything at once because I do not think I can wait 30 days to post all this.
