Josiah Bancroft’s Books of Babel steampunk quadrology was fantastic. Also, Fr. Steven DeYoung (orthodox church) concludes that the Tower of Babel story refers to the fall of the Bronze Age post Abraham. Which is kinda fun and interesting.

Nice! I’m trying to go back to physical books on stuff that I know l’ll like and I’ll be in the States this summer (usually in Japan) so I may just put together a list of things I want to bring back with me, including that one.

I’ll definitely get around to Joe Abercrombie’s new book ‘the devils’ but there’s just been so much good stuff that I’m behind on. I’m also hoping to try out Toni Morrison at some point which makes the tbr pile even longer.
