I believe this must have been made during the Edwardian era.

To start the week, a smiley Green Man (or rather yellow) I found at Abbey Dore in #Herefordshire. The abbey dates back to the 12th Century but was expanded a century later. The Green Man perhaps therefore dates from the 13th Century.
